The process for uploading final manuscripts for accepted papers follows the same procedure as uploading your initial review manuscript using EasyChair platform.
Addressing Reviewer Comments
Please carefully review the reviewers’ comments, which are designed to help you improve your paper for final publication. All listed comments must be addressed, as acceptance is conditional upon appropriate responses to the requirements and comments provided.
Academic Integrity Requirements
SEEDA-CECNSM 2026 requires that submitted manuscripts represent solely the author’s original work and not the work of others, unless explicit permission has been granted. This requirement applies to text, figures, and tables. Note: The Organization Committee will be using the Crosscheck automated screening system to verify the originality of papers.
Citation Requirements
- Information from published articles must always be cited explicitly
- Proper citations should reference the original published work, not follow-up work or reviews
- Citations should be placed close to the referenced information within sentences or at the end of sentences, not after multiple sentences or near paragraph endings
- When citations are provided, exact copying of complete sentences or paragraphs must be indicated with quotation marks
Copyright Permissions
- Reuse of any portion of a published figure or table requires copyright permission from the rights-holding publishers
- All republished figures and tables must explicitly indicate their original source
Final Preparation
Before submission, thoroughly proofread and verify the layout of your paper. Please ensure that the paper title and the ordered list of authors in the PDF matches exactly the information entered in EasyChair. All papers submitted through the website are considered final and ready for publication. Do not submit until you are completely prepared. We recommend having colleagues review your paper and provide final feedback on its suitability before website submission.
Publication Information
Accepted papers will be published in the SEEDA-CECNSM 2026 Proceedings. Papers that are both accepted and presented will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore®. Note: Papers not presented at the conference will be removed from the website and IEEE Xplore.
Mandatory step-by-step IEEE camera-ready guidelines:
Due to recent changes in the way IEEE manages Conference Publications it is obligatory to upload your final camera-ready paper through the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) system, using the link provided below. This step will allow you to:
● Verify/convert your camera-ready paper using PDF eXpress
● Submit your camera-ready paper’s copyright
● Upload your final camera-ready paper to IEEE’s CPS system

In order to fulfill this step you will first need to sign-up for a new account in Conference Publishing Services before you can access the SEEDA-CECNSM 2026 author kit site. When signing in, please go to the text “Sign Up” to the right of the text “Log In” to create an account. Please note this is a separate account from any other IEEE membership login(s) you may already have/use.
Once you have created an account, log in and click through the left column of tabs to view information on:
● paper ID
● paper page limits
● submission deadlines
● formatting
● PDF eXpress paper validation and PDF file creation

To access the copyright and paper submission process, click “Next” at the top right of the screen.
